These include locks, passwords, encryption, firewalls, antivirus software, backup systems, audits, policies, and procedures.
• We report any breach or suspected breach of PHI or e-PHI to our clients and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as soon as possible, and take appropriate steps to mitigate the harm and prevent recurrence.
